Her expertise extends to advising clients on achieving balance in their dietary habits, including how to incorporate beer consumption into a healthy lifestyle without compromising their fitness or health goals.
Beril’s academic journey reflects her commitment to ongoing education in nutrition and metabolism. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Metabolism from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, where she developed a deep understanding of the interplay between diet and physiological processes.
